Twenty-five apps. One place to ask.
Every app Springle can connect to, in four groups, with examples of what you can ask in each.
Springle can connect to 25 apps, in four groups. The list is fixed: Springle can’t connect to, or act in, anything outside it. You’ll find the same groups in Settings › Connected apps › Add more › All … apps. Connecting one is covered in Connect your apps.
A few things hold for every app on the list:
- What Springle can do depends on what the app itself allows. You ask in your own words, and Springle finds the right action.
- Finding, reading and ordinary changes to your own things go ahead. Anything that reaches other people, or deletes something, waits for your OK in a preview card.
- Connected apps come with Springle and Springle Family. On Free, Springle can still help with these apps on screen.
| App | What you can ask |
|---|---|
| Gmail | Find, read and sum up email. Write a reply or a new email; it’s sent only after you check it. Save as draft keeps it in your drafts instead. |
| Google Calendar | What’s on today, when you’re free, add or move an event. Inviting other people asks first. |
| Google Drive | Find a file, see what’s in a folder, share with named people (asks first), delete files (asks first, in red). |
| Google Docs | Find a document, sum it up, start one or add to one. |
| Google Sheets | Look something up in a sheet, add a row, change a value. |
| Google Slides | Find a presentation and say what’s in it. |
| Google Tasks | See your tasks, add one, tick one off. |
| Google Meet | Set up a meeting link. |
Microsoft
| App | What you can ask |
|---|---|

| OneDrive | Find a file, share with named people (asks first). |
| Microsoft Teams | Catch up on a chat or channel. Posting a message asks first. |
| Excel | Look something up in a workbook, add or change values. |
Productivity

|---|---|
| Slack | Sum up a channel, find a message. Sending a message asks first. |
| Notion | Find a page, sum it up, add notes or a new page. |
| Jira | Find issues, create or update one. Comments ask first. |
| Linear | Find issues, create or update one. |
| Asana | See your tasks, add one, mark one done. |
| Todoist | See today’s tasks, add one, tick one off. |
| Zoom | See your upcoming meetings, schedule one. |
| Dropbox | Find a file, share with named people (asks first). |
Social & Analytics
| App | What you can ask |
|---|---|
| Write a post. It’s published only after you check it. | |
| See your recent posts and how they did. | |
| See your Page’s posts. Posting asks first. | |
| Meta Ads | See how your ads are doing. Springle never changes anything in Meta Ads, because changes there spend money. |
| Google Analytics | Visitors, top pages and other numbers for your site. |
Some things are never done in any app, even if you ask: moving money or paying, changing admin roles, passwords or forwarding rules, deleting a whole account, workspace, channel, calendar or drive, deleting 25 or more things at once, and sharing with anyone who has the link or with the public. Springle tells you, and you can do it in the app itself.
Not on the list?
Springle can still help with any app or website on your screen, connected or not: it can show you where to click, or do it for you. See Guide me, Auto and Do it for me.
